Gym Equipment Usage Guidelines
To help maintain a safe training environment, all gym users must adhere to the following guidelines:
Inspect equipment before use and report any damaged or faulty equipment immediately.
Use equipment only for its intended purpose and follow any instructions provided.
Select weights and resistance levels appropriate to your experience and ability.
Ensure clips and j-hooks/adjustment mechanisms are securely fastened before use.
Maintain control of weights at all times and avoid dropping equipment unnecessarily.
Keep training areas clear of bags, bottles, and other obstacles.
Wipe down equipment after use once finished using the cleaning wipes provided
Return all weights, bars, attachments, and accessories to their designated storage areas after use.
Do not attempt exercises or equipment you are unfamiliar with without first seeking guidance.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, light-headedness, or any other unusual symptoms.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for exercising in and bring a drink/refillable bottle.
Be considerate of other users by sharing equipment and following general gym etiquette.
If using altitude training equipment, remember to bring your personal altitude mask and follow the altitude training instructions located on the wall in the performance studio.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of gym access.
